UVEITIS

This is a condition where the patient usually complains of being unusually aware of and intolerant to bright lights. The patient may also complain of blurred vision.

Your Opticians Will easily spot this condition, as the symtoms are very apparent on examination of the eye are that the eye appears red around the corneal and scleral junction.

This condition can become serious if not caught early, and always requires the attention of an Optometrist or Eye Doctor and an early appointment for an eye examination should be made.

If you suffer from sore eyes and/or blurred vision, as well as a low tolerence for light, you should immediately make an appointment to see your optician.
