Patients with Complex Lenses

(Evidence of Eligibility)

Patients who fall into the complex lens category will have an unusually strong prescription, or a combination of prescriptions in each eye which would mean the lenses would be extremely expensive to buy

Patients in this category do not require any form of proof, as the prescription the optician will find during the test determines whether or not you are eligible.

If you have paid for a test, and a complex lens prescription is found, you entitled to a refund of your test fee.
