Patients on Income Support

(Evidence of Eligibility)

If you or your family are on Income Support then you will automatically qualify for help with most NHS services, which means that you do not have to submit claims each time you require the use of these NHS services. Other People who are not on Income Support may claim for help with NHS services.

Income support can be paid by order book, giro, or by Automated Transfer directly into you bank or building society account.

The NHS now suggests that if Patients have an Income Support Order Book, the book should be shown when you come for a sight test.
