Tests For Blind or Partially Sighted People

(Evidence of Eligibility)

Those Patients who are registered partially sighted or blind will have a numbered certificate, which is issued from the Local Health Authority.

The NHS, now suggests that this certificate should be presented at the opticians practice when going for a sight test, as it can prove helpful to the opticians, should he need to refer the patient.
